The best Star War yet
Star Wars, 1977 – ★★★½
The first Star War. Not actually as good as I remember. And the new CGI added in sticks out like a sore thumb. I know this is probably sacrilegious but I found it all a bit meh.

I know it butchers the original’s ending and plot really, and the last half hour is bleak and boring, but I just love the songs!

Technically amazing but still somehow pales in comparison to the original. You can’t sympathise with these characters, they don’t seem to have any emotion. Plus the songs are bad ?

Doctor Who: Terror of the Zygons, 1975 – ★★★

The Zygons are a really interesting race, let down by terrible plot and the Loch Ness Monster. I’m glad they came back for the 50th anniversary and the 12th Doctor 2-parter because they were much better utilised there!
Oh and 3 times they leave Sarah Jane on her own to get kidnapped!
