Meanwhile, Peyton is assigned a very interesting case. Lastly, Blaine finds himself in a bad situation.

When Liv consumes the brains of a dominatrix, her bossy and controlling personality makes everyone a little uncomfortable, especially Clive. Meanwhile, Blaine and Peyton have a heart-to-heart.

When Liv, Clive and Ravi arrive at the scene to investigate a fatal car accident, they begin to suspect foul play was involved. Both starving, Liv and Major consume the brains of the accident victims, a well-meaning father and his angsty teenage daughter. Meanwhile, when Clive is brought in for questioning about a family that was murdered, he’s forced to reveal his past history with them. Lastly, Peyton extends an olive branch to Ravi, and Major hits a road block in his search for Natalie.

Liv has discovered there are more zombies living in Seattle than she previously believed. In fact, there’s a private military contractor employing a small zombie army, and that army is preparing for the day humans learn of their existence. Major was exonerated for the crimes of the Chaos Killer, but is still considered a pariah. He manages to land a job with the one and only place that will hire him. Meanwhile, Blaine is accused of lying.

Lt. Suzuki dedicates all of the police resources to finding the killer of a rich white girl who died of exposure after an eight-month disappearance. The girl gives birth before she dies, and Liv soon starts having maternal feelings toward the baby and everyone else around her. Meanwhile, Major tries to find out more about Julien, and Liv and Lowell’s relationship changes when he eats the wrong brain.

Means and opportunity coincide when Liv eats the brain of a murdered soldier… and the opportunity to shoot and kill Blaine arises. Meanwhile, Ravi nervously waits to see if the rat bite will turn him into a zombie, and Julien pays Major a visit.

Liv consumes the brains of a cantankerous old man to help gain insight into his death. After receiving an anonymous call on the tipster hotline, Liv and Detective Babineax stop by the residence of Byron Thistlewaite, to question the mysterious caller. Meanwhile, Ravi suspects that Major might be experiencing a side effect of the cure, and Liv pays Blaine a surprise visit.

Liv is called in on the case of a shop teacher who pursues criminals at night as a costumed vigilante… and turns up dead. Meanwhile, Major makes the acquaintance of a new zombie.

Medical resident Liv Moore becomes a zombie and loses her ambition until she begins working at the city morgue to gain access to brains that give her sustenance and allow her to maintain her humanity. She also learns that her new diet enables her to experience a victim’s memories that can be used to help solve the person’s murder.

Liv’s newest brain is a talk show host who gives relationship advice, but Liv’s overbearing shrinking of her friends soon irritates them. Meanwhile, Liv questions her relationship with Lowell, Blaine meets with Suzuki, and Major begins to realize the truth about zombies in Seattle.

An actor is accidentally shot on the set of Liv’s favorite TV show–Zombie High–and she convinces Clive to let her help in the investigation. Meanwhile, Vaughn devises a loyalty test for Major, and Dale connects Blaine to the Meat Cute massacre.
